Hi!
There's been absolutely belting performances for a number of people in in the last quarter.
I actually can't believe how quickly this year's flown by, but just want to highlight a few of the key performances over the over the last quarter.
Firstly, George Bilenko billed £165K – which is his best quarter ever!
George is on track to have an amazing year. He’s leading the way with new logos signed and has such an incredible growth mindset attitude do everything he does.
Next up, you guessed it… Kieran Haynes. I seem to mention him every quarter and this one is no different. He’s in phenomenal form!
With £167K billed, he’s leading by example and has already kicked-off Q3 with a bang.
Moving onto the Cyber Team, Chloe Lewis’ performance has been fantastic this year.

It's been great to see her have an amazing £127K quarter (while planning and having an awesome wedding).
I’m also super proud of Joe Farrell, who has had back-to-back quarters billing £100K+. He’s tracking close to £500K for the year, so keep an eye on that!
Finally, I’d like to shout out Antonia Otter – who billed £100K. The fact that she's managing the team, while contributing these numbers to revenue, is world class.
I think you know we're really starting to see performances lift-off and am excited to see what H2 of this year brings.

new faces in perm + big contributions
Hi everyone!
From my side - aka Perm 2 - our top performer was Lauren Allenson – who billed £108K in total.
This is unbelievable and a testament to her hardwork, resilience and network in the battery space.
This half hasn't been the easiest start for battery manufacturing, given that everything happening globally with the economy and renewable energy. But Lauren's got an unreal network.
I'm really happy to see that hard work paying off and she'll be celebrating with the A-Team in Hvar, which I am absolutely buzzing about.
Blaze was just behind with over £100K boarded in Q2.
Again, really solid work from him. For CleanTech, our relationships are really making Strativ standout in the market. Well done to both!
Darren Palmer was our third top biller with £91K. He is on such a good trajectory at the moment, so I am really excited to see what he does in Q3.
He absolutely nailed Q2 in regards of retainers and has a really great pipeline.
Well done to those three from a billing perspective. Obviously, we're growing a lot in Perm 2, so lots of new faces in the London office and we're creating a real buzz there.
Shout out to our new starters who secured their first deals in Q2: James Parker-Mendez plus Max and Toby (the Fintech dream team) who put up 3 deals between them.
Last but not least, shout out to Harriet Mitchell who did her first deal in Q2. It was in Cleantech, but she's now made the move to Fintech, but not before putting up a £45,000 deal before she left the team.
Absolutely brilliant work from her and the rest of the team!

Toli here live from Austin.
We’re here viewing offices and meeting clients.
It’s been a great quarter for Strativ Solutions, achieving north of 100% of salary matrix.
We’ve got our record number of embedded seats out and RPOs in play. Overall, an excellent performance from the Delivery Team.
Moving into Contracts, last month let us down a bit to be honest with you…
We didn't reach north of 80% for the salary matrix (WGP added). But overall for the quarter, is a job well done with north of 90% for the salary matrix. We can feel pretty happy with that.
It's well done to both the Strativ Solutions & Contracts Team.
We feel super motivated and will be improving our results for Q3 of rocketship goals!
We've had promotions announced and new headcount incoming, which is a good sign for growing a business.
A lot of work to do in Q3 - focusing on the inputs and our productivity per head.

I want to take a moment to shine a big spotlight on our Mission Control Team and celebrate some fantastic achievements we’ve had recently.
Here’s a quick overview of the great work across the team:

TeamTailor Launch: Huge congratulations to Becca, Charlie, and Dan for successfully releasing TeamTailor. It’s now live and already making an impact.
 - 
Dan’s ABM Campaigns: We’ve already seen 12 consultants benefit, with four campaigns live and more set for Q3.
 - 
Learning & Development: Katie continues her amazing work with Trail Blazers, nurturing our future talent. I’m excited to see how this shapes the development of our team in the coming months.

Growth Framework: Megs and the team have been busy on the Growth Framework (see below). This will provide clear guidance on career progression and development opportunities across the business.
 - 
Invoice Recognition: Big wins here for Sasha, who has implemented a system that now allows everyone to see when invoices are paid — ensuring smoother payments for everyone.
 - 
Bullhorn Project: This has been brilliantly executed. We’re already starting to reap the benefits, which is fantastic news for the entire operation.

While Dan Wilkinson was on what Toli likes to call his "sabbatical" (it was a holiday), these videos dropped and didn't get the attention they deserved. So, we made the decision to re-release all three in May.

In May, Kay was FINALLY allowed to start telling the world about her Strativ journey.
She didn't hesitate. Taking to the camera to tell everyone about the awesome, extraordinaire people that's she met and her excitement about the future of this business.
She shared her goals to ensure London play a super impactful role in Strativ's growth & journey #Project27.
The vibes in London are awesome and we've seen incredible progress in headcount, adding amazing & experienced billers to the team.

7 years of strativ
It was awesome to see everyone getting nostalgic and reflecting on their personal Strativ journeys during our #7YearsofStrativ campaign.
This business has impacted people's lives in so many different ways. And everyone has had their very own experience.
So, what the hell did people say?...
Adam who joined as employee no.11 reflected on the 𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘺 𝘥𝘢𝘺𝘴.
Figuring out what kind of company we were going to be. No roadmap. No safety net. Just a group of ambitious people chasing something bigger than themselves.
(We have a plan now, don't worry. It's called #Project27)
 
Omar spoke about how he was hooked by our vision to empower individuals to reach their full potential.
He shared why he was inspired by the people in his Mission Control team.
And the development he's seen first-hand over the years.
Becca told us about the buzz in our London office.
And how it's been cultivated over the years. This really is a special driving force for the business right now!

🎭 Countless roleplays across Lead Generation, Discovery Calls, and Job Specs—with some truly standout performances!
🧠 3 new training sessions created (with more in the pipeline)
A special shout-out to this year’s new starters. They’ve smashed it. Resilient, eager to learn and fully embracing a growth mindset.
Every challenge? Just another opportunity in disguise.
My goal this quarter was to roll out a refreshed and revitalised Trail Blazers programme designed specifically to support our top performers stepping into management roles.
It wasn’t just about our home-grown talent though, I aligned closely with the evolving needs of each individual team, partnering strategically with Managers to elevate everything from SourceWhale outreach to Candidate control.
Taking time to understand the unique skill gaps within teams meant I could tailor support to drive real impact where it was needed most.
And of course—Onboarding, Onboarding, Onboarding! Because setting our new starters up for success from day one is a non-negotiable!
